Last Updated: August 9, 2026
At Code Cluster, we aim to provide reliable and professional digital services to our customers. Since our services are primarily customized and may involve dedicated time, resources, software, development work, design work, and other project-related expenses, our refund and cancellation terms are based on the stage of the service or project.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Services Covered
This policy applies to digital services provided by Code Cluster, including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- WordPress Development
- Application Development
- Digital Marketing
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Graphic Design
- Website Maintenance
- Software Development
- Other customized digital services
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a customer wishes to cancel a service after making payment but before Code Cluster has started work, the customer may request a cancellation by contacting us at:
Any refund will be considered based on whether Code Cluster has already incurred costs or allocated resources for the project.
Where applicable, a refund may be processed after deducting:
- Payment gateway or transaction charges
- Third-party costs already incurred
- Administrative or processing costs
- Any other non-recoverable expenses directly related to the order
4. Cancellation After Work Has Started
Once work has commenced, a project may become partially or fully non-refundable because resources, development time, design work, subscriptions, third-party services, and other costs may already have been allocated.
If a customer requests cancellation after work has started, Code Cluster will review the project status and determine whether any refund is applicable.
Any applicable refund may be calculated based on:
- Work already completed
- Resources already allocated
- Third-party expenses
- Development or design time already invested
- Services already delivered
- Other applicable project costs
5. Completed Services
Payments for services that have already been fully delivered or completed are generally non-refundable.
For example, completed website development, graphic design work, SEO work already performed, digital marketing campaigns already executed, or other completed digital services may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Digital Marketing and Advertising Services
For digital marketing, advertising, SEO, social media management, and similar services, refunds are generally not available for work, campaigns, management, or optimization activities that have already been performed.
Where advertising budgets are paid directly to third-party advertising platforms, those amounts may also be subject to the respective platform’s refund and cancellation policies.
Code Cluster does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, website visitors, rankings, conversions, or other marketing results unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Domain, Hosting, Software, and Third-Party Costs
Payments made toward third-party services such as:
- Domain registration
- Web hosting
- SSL certificates
- Premium plugins
- Software licenses
- API services
- Stock assets
- Advertising platforms
- Email services
- Other third-party subscriptions
may be non-refundable once purchased or activated.
Any refund relating to third-party services will be subject to the refund policy of the respective provider.
8. Customer-Caused Delays
If a project is delayed because the customer does not provide required content, information, approvals, feedback, credentials, or other materials, the delay will not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.
Code Cluster may request the required information before continuing the project.
9. Change of Mind
A change of mind after customized work has commenced does not automatically qualify for a full refund.
Because many Code Cluster services are customized according to individual customer requirements, cancellation after work has begun may result in partial or no refund depending on the work already completed and costs incurred.
10. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or pay an incorrect amount, please contact us at:
We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, process the eligible refund after verifying the payment details.
Applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted where they are non-refundable.
11. Refund Eligibility
To request a refund, the customer must contact Code Cluster and provide:
- Customer name
- Registered email address
- Phone number
- Invoice or order reference, where available
- Date and amount of payment
- Reason for the refund request
- Relevant supporting information, if applicable
Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the reason for the request arises.
12. Refund Review Process
All refund requests will be reviewed individually.
Code Cluster may consider:
- The nature of the service
- Whether work has started
- The amount of work completed
- Third-party expenses
- Payment processing charges
- Project-specific terms
- The reason for cancellation
- Any written agreement or quotation between Code Cluster and the customer
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
13. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, Code Cluster will generally initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the transaction.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment service provider.
Code Cluster is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card networks, or other financial institutions after the refund has been initiated.
14. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available where:
- The agreed service has already been completed
- Digital deliverables have already been provided
- Customized work has already been substantially completed
- Third-party services or licenses have already been purchased
- Advertising or marketing budgets have already been spent
- The customer has approved the work or deliverables
- The customer has failed to provide required information and subsequently requests cancellation
- The customer requests cancellation solely due to a change of mind after work has commenced
- The service was delivered according to the agreed scope
15. Service Issues and Corrections
If you believe that a delivered service does not meet the agreed scope, please contact us at support@code-cluster.com.
We will review the concern and, where appropriate, attempt to correct or resolve the issue according to the agreed project scope.
Where applicable, Code Cluster may offer revisions, corrections, or reasonable remedies before considering a refund.
16. Cancellation by Code Cluster
Code Cluster reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project or service in circumstances including:
- Non-payment
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse or inappropriate conduct
- Violation of applicable laws
- Requests for unlawful services
- Material breach of the agreed terms
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If Code Cluster cancels a service for reasons unrelated to the customer’s conduct and a refund is applicable, the refund will be considered based on the amount of work completed and expenses already incurred.
17. Payment Gateway Charges
Where a payment gateway or financial institution charges a transaction or processing fee that is not recoverable by Code Cluster, such charges may be deducted from an eligible refund.
